8 Hour shift for teenager in school child labor?

So I'm still in high I wake up at 5 am and get home at around 2:50 pm my job I just started yesterday makes me get to SOESK at 4 and I don't leave till they close and clean up which can range from 11:39 to 12 am and yesterday my back was aching and my head pounding from standing up so long also today in class I couldn't stay awake idk if I'm just being a woss or if I should ask for better hours? Because the position they hired me for was that one

In the US, it does vary by state. Many states you can not work after 10pm (some 11pm but a quick glance i only see 1 sate (PA) later than 11pm). Check the laws of your state.
