presumably your Q is a troll but its not as obvious an answer as some may think
when I was a child people would speak of an American billion as opposed to what we called a billion
in Britain and closely related nations a billion was a million million, so 1 000 000 000 000
whereas in America it was a thousand million, so 1 000 000 000
as far as I know the British billion has all but disappeared now in preference for the American version
though you will likely find reference to the British billion in older books
anyway
with regard to current universal usage your 50 000 million is 50 billion
