The relative density of Hg = 13.6

Pressure
= 30.75 in Hg
= 30.75 × 13.6 in water
= 418.20 in water

That should be pretty obvious. 30.75 inches of Hg is about 1 atm. 1 atm is about 34 feet of water which would be just over 10 m of water or 10,000 mm.

The specific gravity of mercury is about 13.55, water is about 1.0 so 30.75 inches Hg is 30.75 * 13.55 / 1.0 = 416.7 inches of water. 1 inch = 25.4 mm

416.7 inches of water = 10,583 mm water

(30.75 inHg) X (760 mmHg / 29.92 inHg) X (13.56 mm H2O / 1 mmHg)

= 10,591.484 mm H2O <<< round as appropriate
