I've had headaches everyday for 4+ years..?

Everyday I get a headache. Sometimes I forget I have it because well it happens every second. I've gotten a MRI and several eye tests done to see if they find anything that's triggering the headaches. These aren't migraines there's are headaches and I don't really know what to do.
