How long does nail polish last?

I have just regular nail polish and I can paint my finger nails on Saturday and by Wednesday most the time it's chipping badly, I put 2 costs sometimes 3 and I put clear coat on as well. Is this normal or is it something I'm doing wrong? Thanks!!!

No, it could be the brand of polish you use. Try using Sally Hanson or OPI. They aren't that expensive but if you want the best results and no chipping these are highly recommended. You can find them at a local drug store.

OPI is a good long-lasting brand. Sometimes, though, it is hard to remember to be careful with nails.
