我有清潔過間房 I have cleaned my room.

代表間房乾淨 My room is now clean. (Check it!)

同意，因為I have cleaned my room是我剛打掃完

半個同意，因為I have cleaned my room是我剛打掃完了的意思，但並不是說出你有清潔房間的經驗，你也說得對，I have cleaned my room也不是說現在房間清潔

The present perfect:-
finished, ended, just, already, yet, recently----adverb
with no specific time,
not a min. ago,
not immediately
Use "since" when refer to a point in the past.
Use "already" indicates completion
eg:-I have "already" cleaned my room.
eg:-I have done the cleaning for a clean-living.(I am living a healthy life.)

動詞clean用的是「現在完成式」
代表這打掃的行動發生在「過去」，但其結果「迄今」猶存，
故我的房間現在是乾淨的。

既然你說是"昨天"已經清潔完了你的房間，那就動詞"清潔"的時態而言便不會是"現在剛完成"了，應該是"昨天"過去了的行動：

I cleaned my room yesterday.

唯有當你"剛清潔"完你的房間走出來時或在清潔完當天未完之前你剛好遇見Tom而跟他講或者你是要看Tom報告你清潔你房間這行動"剛剛發生完"的時空下，你才可以合時態邏輯地說：
I have cleaned my room (today).
