Am I the only one who can't stand the smell of tuna or any fish & sea food people eat now today ?

LOL NO! I can't stand the smell of them either.
When I open a can of Tuna I have to turn my head and hurry and drain it and pour water in the sink real quick and then make my tuna salad etc. I don't mind eating tuna but cannot stand any other types of fish.

tuna today smells the same as it smelled 40 years ago when I made tuna casserole for the kids.
