Is DVLA the best website for practicing your theory test?

I don't know do they have a practice web site? The best way to prepare for your theory test is to study the Highway Code until you both remember and understand it all.

All you need is the state issued driver handbook, all the test questions come from there. Read it, and know the answers to the questions at the ends of the sections, those are the test questions.
