The answer is no.
However, unless you will return to Hong Kong directly from New Zealand, you must ensure that either:
a. Your ETA is still valid when you return;
b. You have not stayed more than allowed previously (for example, Australia can deny your return from New Zealand if you first entered Australia by ETA and stayed for 3 months).
