Is heart burn more of a pms or early pregnacy type thing?

Lump in throat, buring in throat, nasues when swallong becuase lump in throat feeling, thickness of throat, hard to breath, etc

If periods are not yet late your HCG levels will not be there to cause any pregnancy symptoms and pregnancy heartburn desnt start till around 6 weeks pregnant so probably just excess stomach acid
