My package is stuck in new York for 1month what to do?

Exactly where is it "stuck in New York?" Is it an international shipment? Is it in JFK Customs? Is it at the ISC Jamaica? We need much more information. Please copy out the tracking information you have and let us know who the carrier was.

I don't know why you say "1 month." Your parcel didn't leave China until March 17. It seems to me it's made excellent progress very quickly. Here's the latest from the USPS website:

Nothing is scanned, and therefore nothing can be tracked, while it is in transit. You'll get it soon, perhaps Monday. Patience is a virtue.
