To my knowledge, no.

However, celiac disease can affect many bodily systems due to nutritional deficiencies, so it s conceivable that untreated celiac disease (because eating gluten free is not actually enough, if one is not also avoiding cross contamination enough) could impact the body s ability to make things like DAO (enzyme that breaks down histamine).

Also, there is an anecdotal, but not studied, correlation between something called a mast cell activation disorder and gluten intolerance and/or celiac disease. I have MCAD and in the community, I d say over half the people have gluten issues. It can cause similar symptoms as histamine intolerance.
