what are some common reasons a younger guy may be into older women and what are the advantages?

I know im not alone what are some other reasons other guys might be into this? And no it's not any "Issues" i just personally get along better and have more in common values, music, interest wise and only older women like me where as girls my age don't i mean even my first gf had a few years on me & she's the youngest i've dated.
