Just bought something with a deal of only one penny online, and arranging collection. This was a reply from a British seller. I understand English, but not slangs and some phrases. Please help explaining this reply I received.

Translation:"Was that all."
You are only buying this, not anything more?
"Well just meet me when ever"
Meet me any time you want.
"and go from there"
When we meet, we can decide what we should do next.
