If I were to go on a diet, what am I supposed to NOT eat? Please fast! 10 points!?

Can you list me most of the foods that i'm not allowed to eat?

I want to leave out the meats as well for 3 months, is that okay?

I want to lost 15 Kilo, I weight 73kg, and I recently gained 3kg. I've never been over 70kg before. I am 15 and 5'9 (175cm)

At 5'9" your weight is healthy, you're not likely to lose much weight in a healthy way. You've gained a little weight because of your age - your body is still maturing, a person doesn't look the same when they're 20 as they do when they're 14, and you're moving through that transition to adulthood now.

If you're a meat eater, there is no reason not to keep eating meat. Meat can be healthy, and provides important nutrients. In particular, it is a dense source of protein and iron. You can get them from plant sources, but it is much easier with meat.

If you want to eat a bit healthier, eat less fried foods, eat less process sugars, and eat more servings of vegetables every day.

Meat, especially chicken and fish, are really healthy foods. I wouldn't suggest cutting out meat, unless you do your research about where to get amino acids from non meat sources, but be careful about it.

I would void any condiments coming from a bottle unless you make it yourself. Avoid excessive breads/grains. Try to eat quinoa or potatoes if you have to eat a starch.

Eat lots of green veggies, and a variety of other colours as well, I suggest red onions, spinach, kale, bok choy, seaweed, tomatoes, peppers, olives if you want. Eat a lot of nuts/seeds, mostly macadamia, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, throw in chia seeds/flax seeds/sesame seeds for garnishes. Full fat yogurt/kefir is gonna be great too. Throw in eggs, beef, chicken, fish (salmon), liver is great, and lastly some fruit, like a banana or pomegranate.
