I cant figure out which branch navy or air force rotc I would do coast guard cspi but there are no colleges opening for that?

What do you mean there are no colleges opening for that?? Of course there are plenty of colleges that offer the opportunity to be a part of CSPI. You aren't researching hard enough if you feel there are no options there.
