why do you think you have food poisoning exactly? I doubt you do if you're well enough to get on the internet. unless you're typing while perched on the toilet?

Soft cheeses like mozzarella can be contaminated with L. monocytogenes after processing which could cause listeriosis and there was an E. coli outbreak in 2013 which was linked to frozen pizza and mozzarella bites. However, the chances of either happening are remote.

You are extremely unlikely to get any.

If it starts to go mouldy, the normal blue/green moulds that grow on cheese are usually a form of penicillium - which is the wild version of the stuff that was first used to produce Penicillin..
It contains a tiny trace of penicillin and is not otherwise harmful.

(The moulds are often transfers from blue cheeses, as that's what gives the colouration and sharp flavour in those).

Any kind of food poisoning is possible.

Or, you could be lactose intolerant.
