1.居屋只接受加入配偶成為聯名業主,業權轉變必須以不涉及金錢代價的轉讓契據形式辦理(破產個案除外);及準承讓人必須為該物業業主已登記的家庭成員。居屋擬加入的家庭成員,只限於業主/聯名業主的配偶及其十八歲以下的子女。2.如業權人離世可由配偶繼承,如二人皆離世,業權將轉由子女繼承;但業權轉名要先得房委會批准,才可免補地價。
