Can I file a lawsuit against a work company for being told not to wear religious articles/ jewelry on me to work?

A simple thought I always had can a lawsuit be filed against my work job for wearing such things like a crucifix, brown scapular, other type of religious jewelry thereof and being told not to? Or if not my work status will be depending on a superior decision of being terminated. Is this a type of religious discrimination at the work place or just a simple case of work bullying?

You can file a lawsuit, but you should also expect them to find a way to terminate you.. for another reason. No company likes to have lawsuits filed against them

If it is not visible then there is no oroblem, keep it under your shirt.

Depends on the type of workplace. If it interferes with the job specifically, they may be able to make that requirement.

If they allow members of other religions to where religious articles, you could argue religious discrimination.
If they don't allow jewelry at all, and don't make similar exceptions for other religions, you are not being discriminated against.

It's jewelry, who cares? Just take it off while you work. They don't want you wearing a swimsuit, it's just their rules, it won't kill you

It is a blanket ruling to stop anyone wearing "belief system" jewellery in the work place........ you go to work to work not to expand your belief system ....... many companies stop the wearing of ANY jewellery for H&S reasons, many because they do not want or need religious segregation in the work place... your belief system is personal so wear it in your own time, not work time, it is not discrimination unless the workplace allow hijabs and not crucifixes, blanket bans like that is equality

Additionally you could just inform the employer of the law. you would not get much money anyway.
