The basic rule is all owners on the title must sign to release the title.
The martial relationship has no impact on the title.
A person can be designated to sign for others with power of attorney.
如果屋契是聯名的,常然要二人同時簽名才能生效;如屋契只有一個業主名,就由該業主簽名賣樓。
