1. if only 1 subject, you might not be interested. Think thru how important it is.
2. Do your least fav class first and get it out of the way.
3. Get rid of ALL distractions. Phone off. TV off. People off. Study for a given amount of time, like 20 minutes of pure concentration. Then reward yourself with 5 min of social stuff. Then back off for another 20 min.
4. Get enough sleep, you need 8 hours every night, especially after studying. But also to allow you to concentrate.
5. See a Dr. Some people have physical things that a Dr can find and help.
