My CBT therapist says I'm an "enigma." What does this mean, is it bad, and should I not be an enigma? Thanks for answering.?

I just started going to a "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" my first session was this week.

It means you confuse him and he may not be able to
understand you enough to help you.
Tell him more about yourself so he knows you better.
It is only a bad thing when someone needs to help you
but can't.
