Histamine Toxicity?

Any food that is high in histamine can trigger the reaction if enough of the food is eaten. There's pretty long list of foods that have high histamine levels. Its just that histamine levels in tainted fish can be extremely high, so it doesn't take much fish to trigger a reaction.
