can work with key board and 3G dongle,but not with External HDD or with Usb 3.0 flash drives. Tested with windows 7 32bit /64 bit/8.1 64 and windows 10 64bit.problem the same
HP Pavilion F series laptop has XHCI usb 3.0 controller. after drivers installed there was not support to USB Flash drives,?

What operating system does it have? Did you get the drivers from HP?

just now win 8 64bit, after installed other Oses and tested ,but not fix with even win 8, but after flash the BIOS driver downloaded from HP web site ,BIOS series 25,the laptop little stable, got unrecognise msg 2 times for today , but USB 2.0 devices are worked but not working USB 3.0 devices and external hard drives
