What is that hogans heroes episode where Klink gete angry and he starts shaking and his voice starte making a vibrating sound out of frustration?

Fun Fact: Werner Klemperer who played Klink was a Jew whose father was an orchestra conductor and mother an opera singer in Germany. The family fled Germany in 1935 and came to America. Werner actually served in the U.S. Army in WWII. Klemperer only took the part of Klink if the writers promised that Klink would never win and would always be the fool.
