I have a female Pomeranian she's coughing,example gagging. and she don't want to eat been going on for almost two weeks?

Then it's about time to take her to a vet and find out what's going on.

If you go to Amazon or Ebay you can buy books on first aid for dogs. They are highly recommended if you cannot tell which symptoms are potentially serious and need to be seen by a vet asap.
