So it s my brother s bday and idk what games he like so I thought I buy him like a $200 Xbox giftcard from GameStop but I am only 13. Do I need an ID to buy it?

if you pay with a credit card, they may ask for one to verify it's your credit card.
i would rather you get a walmart giftcard. they have cheaper games there and a 15 day return policy for used games, as opposed to 7 from gamestop.
