The only one I've ever made for company is a bacon quiche, and I served a tossed green salad with it. I have a friend who serves fruit salad with hers. Quiche is kind of a complete meal and just needs something light to accompany it.

quiche is either a vegetarian option for a brunch or dinner meal or you can serve mini ones for a selection of hors d'oeuvres. If you're serving it as a 'main' part of a full meal, it's probably a lighter meal and a salad would go nicely or a soup. Although what kind of salad you serve is entirely up to you. There is no law or rule about what to serve. You could however complement your salad with whatever ingredients you put in the quiche. Italian, Spanish inspired, Greek etc.
Quiche is so versatile. Again, there's no law what to put in your quiche or what to serve with it. Have fun with it.

I always serve a tossed green salad, and either a baguette, sliced, with butter on the side .. or garlic toast.

You already have protein from the egg and cheese in the quiche, so you don't need meat.
You have dairy from the milk/cream and cheese in the quiche, so you don't need dairy.
You have grains/flour from the crust, but not much, so bread is a good addition.
You do not have vegetables .. even if you have onions or broccoli or other vegetables added .. not enough vegetables.

I love salad or jacket potato with a quiche. Sometime I might make chips (and still have the salad) if it is an evening meal or more substantial lunch.

Wine. For me quiche is a one dish meal.

Definitely a salad Sharon, but careful girl, watch the dressing, you do not want the flavor of the dressing to overpower the Quiche.

The Quiche my wife makes Sharon, is the bacon and cheese, but she is also daring, she has sliced up grilled red bell peppers and added baby spinach to the Quiche

Salad would be a good accompaniment. While it has protein and dairy, vegetables are usually not the primary ingredient, so whatever hot or cold veggies you look like would be good. By topping it with salsa and adding spices to the quiche filling, you could change its "nationality" from French to Latin!

I've always served quiche with a salad -- either a green salad with lettuce and raw vegetables, a spinach salad, or a fresh fruit salad.
You could also add some muffins -- maybe cinnamon or blueberry -- or croissants.
