Morrowind Help: Hortator and Nerevarine?

I have became Hortator of all Houses and I have become Nerevarine of all tribes. I was looking at the next quest on the Internet, Hortator and the Nerevarine, and I was supposed to meet with Tholer Saryoni. I talk to him and he doesn't do anything, I've selected every option and it still doesn't work. Can someone give some help?

Was the meeting arranged, ie, did you speak to Danso Indules.
Your journal should contain the phrase "Once I am Hortator and Nerevarine, I should speak with the healer of the High Fane of Vivec, Danso Indules, to arrange the meeting."
I know, it seems odd that you can't go straight to the archcanon on your own, but still.

I ended up finding the cause, I thought because the ushilaku camp sends you off you were already the Nerevarine of that tribe, turns out i had to collect my award for the Nerevarine of the ushilaku tribe and I ended up realizing I forgot to collect my reward from the Sarethi guy from the Redoran Hortator quest. But thanks for your help, Thanks!
