Is my brother a psyco..?

My brother is 14 yrs old only .His behaviour is normal apart that when he got angry his anger becomes extreme. He broke every thing or throw it like he doesn't care . My whole family is fed up with his behaviour .He becomes insane .He make unnecessary demands also and doesn't listen to anyone when got angry

What should I do ??
Recent case: we have a wifi and he is using it to play online game .I opened my laptop to study and my laptop also got connected to the wifi .and his game becomes slow he became insane breaking and throwing thing and make unnecessary demand .
