睇樓俾人收兩份佣問題?急急急?
各位大大,我想問,我同A經紀睇左一個單位,佢無解釋睇樓紙有咩法律責任,靜係同我講無咩野,證明我睇左樓,我又on居居簽左,後來我同B經紀買左,因為B經紀叫價平d,最後A經紀用小額錢債追我佣金,但最重要既係,係睇樓紙上面,我有簽名,而A經紀則無簽名,我想問,睇樓紙是否成立,我係埋要俾反錢A經紀?同埋上到小額錢債,我應該點處理?覺得好無助,希望各位有心人解答

1. Even assuming the agency agreement (睇樓紙) is valid and upheld in the Tribunal, it does not necessarily mean the agency relationship exists.
You are sued not because you bought with B, but you have allegedly breached your agreement with A agency.
You have not provide any detail regarding the sale. However, there is a reason why you chose to buy from B instead of A.
In the relationship, the agent has a duty to negotiate the best price. If A has failed to do so, then it can constitute as a breach on A, which can in fact release you from abiding the agreement.
2. Think about your position in the case and evaluate how strong is your case. Remember - evidence is the key. Even you make good arguments does not mean you will win.
Also - have a settlement amount in mind even you think you can win.
名唔可以亂簽,簽左就要上身,唔可以用經紀冇同你講乜野做抗辯理由的。
