What happened to me? 10 points?

I'm a senior in high school. I don't think I'm unattractive and can talk to people. I've never had a girlfriend, and I've seen others have so much fun with it. I wanted a piece of the action so to speak. But it's never worked out. It's not like I haven't tried either. I've been friend zoned, given false signals, been just turned down in a mean way,and almost everything else. It's been happening since middle school. After going through this disappointment and these feelings many times, I guess I just became numb to it. When I first started trying, I would get this tight feeling in my chest, and couldn't stop thinking about it. Now when it happens, I don't feel anything, and I may think about it from time to time. I don't even bother trying anymore. I guess one term that could be used is shut off. What and why did this happen to me? Thank you.

There is a reason for this. Think about it. Do you only crush on gorgeous girls when you're not a gorgeous guy? Do you over text and drive girls crazy so they only want to get away from you? Are you controlling and try to limit what they can do or say to others? Do you mostly talk about yourself and show little interest in what they like or think? Do you have good personal hygiene? Do you game too much and are never going out with other people?
Any and all of these things can turn girls off to you. Figure out where your weak spots are and you'll know what changes to make to be more succcessful.
