My teacher doesn't grade me fairly. What to do?

I do all of my work and turn them in early or that same day it was assigned, but I feel that she grades me unfairly.

I took one of her classes I didn t need to graduate and she never taught or assigned us work but gave me endless zeros and problems matter a fact. Now that I am in her class again (I tried switching out but they wouldn t let me) I m doing every little thing I can just so I can graduate (I m a senior and grading ends within two weeks). I ve been constantly checking my grades, talking to her about it, and even going as far as telling someone else in the school about it but it seems that nothing has changed. When I talked to her she complained how she a lot of students to grade and doesn t have time to grade but she has all the time in the world to give me a zero when she could either leave n/a or not put it in the system. I feel that she s doing this because her friend and I have issues with each other (and they love to gossip and start up drama and my principle is barely there at he school). Now I m at my boiling point so i think I should tell my mother once again and go from there but is there anything else I can do because I have 5 zeros for work I know I did and turned in?
