I WAS JUST REAR ENDED BUT NOTHING IS IN MY NAME, WHAT CAN I DO???

OK so I only got my license 3 weeks ago. I'm 16 so its provisional. I thought nothing would happen so I went to pick up my sister and since I was babysitting my brother and sister (6 and 2) I had to take them too. Well, there was a red light and I was stopped but then when I looked in my mirror I saw the car behind me was coming FAST. by the time I noticed it was too late, we were hit hard. I almost hit the car in front of me but thank god I was a safe distance away from the car & didn't. I drove a minivan and my brother (6) was in the back row, my sister (2) was in the middle, and me and my other sister were in front. Surprisingly, none of us were hurt!!! We all had our seatbelts. My brother is fine and all our car got were some scratches on the bumper. The other person's car got f***ed up but because I didn't know what to do i ppanicked & just kept on driving to avoid an issue. Some person told me to go back so I did and the person that hit me just got a picture of my license and I got their license and number. I don't know what to do after this because 1: I can't be driving with other passengers that are minors, 2: the car is not in my name , and 3: the insurance isn't in my name either. I don't plan on suing but I'm scared that she'll be able to call the police and sue me or something (even tho it was her fault and she told me she wasn't paying attention) so what can I do after this? If my mom wants to sue can she (its her car)? I don't wAnna lose my license
