Hillary Clinton has NEVER done anything to help the black community, yet the uneducated and ignorant portion of the black population support her.

It's called patronage. The Clinton administration will keep benefits flowing in in exchange for their votes--and her campaign will ensure that people will show up to the polling stations by alleging, whether truly or falsely, racism on the part of her opposition.
