Will roof coating protect a BNC cable and RG6 cable from sun?
I live in arizona where the summer gets up to 122 degrees F.

NO, IT MAKES IT WORST BY ATTRACT MORE HEAT.
COVER CABLE WITH ALUMINUM SIDING, WOOD, TUBING IS THE BETTER WAY, OR REPLACE THE CABLE EVERY 5 YEARS OR LESS IF IT IS A CHEAP MADE CABLE.
You don't need to do anything.
Just leave them bare.
The BNC connector won't be affected by sunlight or heat at all,
and the cable will be only marginally affected.
In fact, it is possible that roof coating
would cause far more trouble
than you are trying to prevent.
The only type of protection that might do any good ---
and in Arizona the value of this could be too little to matter ---
is wrapping the connection to the antenna with Coax Seal,
which is primarily intended to keep out rain and condensation.
