Is it possible to take two colleges at the same time?
I want to take film school at Harvard, but, I also want to take medical school. Harvard dosen't offer medical classes. But they do have a separate school in Boston called Harvard Medical School. So is it possible?

How exactly do you expect to study at two different FULL-TIME courses at the same time - do you have a way of being in two places at once? I don't know about film school, but med school is so much hard work as to be barely possible; if you try to add another degree course on top of that, you're guaranteed to fail one or both. Besides, you won't even get into med school once it comes out that you're not 100% committed to a medical career, and the same probably goes for film school as well.
So no, it's not possible. In fact, it's a pretty stupid idea, something that a five-year-old might ask ("mummy, I want to be a doctor AND a movie star AND a jedi knight AND work in a zoo with lots of cuddly animals"). So get off the fence, decide what you want to do, and then pursue that.
There is no such major or coursework called "pre-medical." Students who wish to study postgraduate medicine, often major in Biology or Chemistry. Film is going to get you no where in medical. Film is an ART not a SCIENCE.

Harvard allows students to cross-register within different schools within the university, although it's difficult for undergraduates to cross-register in graduate schools. Does Harvard even have a film school? I don't think so, and I graduated from there.
Yes its possible, as no college keeps original documents. I am taking only one college still I am taking academic help from

Medical school is a full time, very expensive commitment. You can't do medical school and another program, at least with any success. I would drop the film school idea. Medical school is much more profitable. You can have film as a hobby.
You need a four year Bachelor degree with all pre med classes, and a GPA of 3.7+ and take the MCAT exam to apply to any US medical school.
You need an undergrad degree before you can apply to medical school. It needs to include certain required courses in things like science and biology. (ie not film school).
It is possible if you can do the work and afford it.
