It feels like there's a lump in my throat?

Lately, i've been having a hard time yawning and breathing, i'm scared to move my head around because maybe my throat would crack or explode or something... Sometimes, the right side of my neck is larger than usual and i cant breathe normally because my throat becomes tight and it will only get loose if i swallow foods or drink water but after a few second it will turn firm again. Have an idea on what it is? And also any advice on how can i get rid of this thingy?

You should really see a doctor. It could be tonsillitis.
I remember an anchorwoman saying that she had the same problem and she didn't go to the doctor for it right away and it ended up being cancer. She was blaming the throat cancer on burning a lot of candles

Whatever it is, your throat is not going to crack or explode. :)
See your doctor and have him examine your throat in action. He can also refer you to a gastroenterologist if necessary for a Upper endoscopy or a Barium swallow.
