why don't more humans w fully developed functioning brains have more understanding of COMPREHENSION, CRITICAL THINKING & ANALYSIS SKILLS?

Because we are animals and animals rarely use analyzing a part of their decision-making process. Why would they when they have instincts that allowed for them to NOT have to waste energy on the procurement of knowledge to make a decision valid?

Instincts allowed for survival. They weren't 'built' for anything, the one we see are the ones that survived. THAT is evolution. If the ones we see allowed for survival, why would any animal waste energy on thinking?

In short, people don't think, they react, because they are lazy.

Laziness is just the manifestation of the instinct that allowed for resource conservation. We are lazy because laziness allowed for survival. Why do you think cats are so lazy? AND dogs? AND bears? And humans.

There it is again; that damned 'evolution'.

Good question, critical thinking skills just came naturally to me. I don't understand how people get lead around so easily.

They don't teach critical thinking in schools any more. In fact, the Texas GOP wanted to ban it in schools because it made kids challenge things too much.

Most people on here wouldn't recognize a critical thought if it hit them in the face....they r children....haven't you realized that yet?
