Q and A:-Briefly:-Not falling, but Fail=has failed;
No I don't agree;
If the Bill has passed,
subject to condition,
a fair dealing for private you,
restriction discontinues to apply,
no infringement you,
a certain right allows you that
you possess some parallel right to Create some useful and Creative work,ie. not requiring intellingence and imagination, just merely mechanical skill
in music,writing, goods, softwares ----(xxxxxxx) etc.
I don't agree that failing to pass the copyright bill would severely damage HK's creative industries.(you can still create useful intelligent skilful work with a little infringement.)
Please refer to the relevant books for information on this matter.
