I applied to around 13 banks for a credit card and all denied me except two. Should I be loyal to these two banks for the rest of my life?

They gave me a chance when no one else would simply because I didn't have a credit history. How am I supposed to prove myself credit worthy if they don't give me a chance.

So should I do business with only these two banks for the rest of my life and tell my future children to only do their banking there also?

A Hooker give you intercourse when your wife would not do it. Does that mean you are indebted to that hooker and will leave your wife for her because that day she gave you a blowj0b when no one else would do it...

They use a computer program to figure out interest rates and who is likely to default on the credit. They don't care about you at all. Loyalty is for dogs.

Not necessarily. You might find that the credit cards for which you have been approved may have fees and high interest rates. So after you've used them for a year or two and established some good credit, go looking for cards at other banks that offer you a better deal. Banks are a big business anymore and there's nothing personal anymore. So, you don't owe them anything for approving you. It's just business, nothing more.

Yes, you should. You should also be sure to carry over large balances from month to month to maximize the interest expenses you pay, so as to reward these two banks for having faith in you.
