PV = nRT
V = nRT/P

Volume before heating, V₁ = 1 × 0.0821 × (273 + 10.0) / 1 L
Volume after heating, V₁ = 1 × 0.0821 × (273 + 25.0) / 1 L

Change in volume of the gas, V₂ - V₁ = 0.0821 × (25.0 - 10.0) = 1.23 L
