Explain why the following statement is false: All ordered pairs fall in Quadrant 1,2,3, or 4?

Ordered pairs wherein one of them is zero ( that is, for example, (5, 0) or (0, 2) ) do not fall within a quadrant. The x- and y- axes, in other words, which naturally also include the origin, the point (0, 0). So the statement is false.
