這句英文 文法對嘛 Each important thing will become the most precious memory in our life and never will be dead.?

never will be dead → never die
這些才是正常的英語詞彙。

不過還有是你所指的thing在英語裏一般是指死物，而你所暗示的memory其實可以是人/經歷/感覺/事件等等。假如我要寫句這樣的銘言，我會選用另一種寫法：

As important events in our life become precious memories that never die.

注意我把你講的"東西"變為"事件"而且用"眾數"而不是用"every thing"這"單一性"的量數，這包括memories亦同樣是眾數，否則語法邏輯上會出現每件"東西"都成為同一個或只有一個最重要的記憶(由於只有一個"最重要"，便能有第二個)。另外藉這示範"in our life"在句法上是指"在生"的事，而不是"不死的記憶"，所以就算你原句的寫法，也可留意表達上邏輯是應該寫成"Every important thing in our life becomes a precious memory that never die."

希望除了改正外還擴充你的寫作空間。

是有邏輯上／用字的錯誤．
1. "Each" 應該改成　"Every"才是適當的．
2. "be dead"應該改成＂fade away"．醬子，才會與＂memory＂對稱．

可以用 Every 但 Each 是像黑體字的楊子.
可以用 Thing 但 moment 很有感動的感覺.
Part of our precious memories 是有讀書的講法.
Will never be dead 可以用但一點怪怪. Will never die 比較好

Each important thing will become the most precious memory in our life and never will be dead.

每一件重要的事將會成為我們生命中最珍貴的回憶，永遠不會消逝。
