What if I have different appereance on my driver license but valid on my passport as tourist in US?

So I am European that wants to visit USA.

I have same appereance on passport everything is fine, but my looks are different on driver license , its 4 years old. I changed, tho its really me, valid documents, but I have long hair and beard.

Will that cause major problems?
