"BCE" is just a recent politically-correct way of saying BC, since not everyone acknowledges that Jesus is/was Christ.
BCE = Before Common Era, whereas BC= Before Christ. There is no difference in the numbers.
9000 BCE=9000 BC.
Most academic writings wouldn't even bother putting a date that old in BCE/BC terms since it's well into the prehistoric. Instead it would appear as 11,000 BP (Before Present) or simply years ago.
