20p sized sort of circular rash on hip...?

Not sure when it appeared but boyfriend found it last night. I feel fine in myself. Apart from health Anxiety. Lupus? Ringworm? Eczema? Pinkish, scaly and smooth in the centre. Isn't itchy. Nowhere else to be found. 25, female.

Sounds like ringworm
