China is a large country, controlled by a communist regime. This means that the people of this country do not have any freedoms to do what they like to do. They tend to ignore laws like we have here in the United States, when they can make a profit. That means, for instance, they will manufacture tremendous amounts of products from poor to good quality, including things like knives. The population at large does necessarily get access to these products.
