Virus is blocking all anti virus software?

I need help, ive tried downloading malwarabytes, avast and tried ad blocker. But it doesnt work, the virus manages to exit the software when its running and doesnt allow websites with anti software downloads to connect. Should i try to reset my pc or something else?

If you believe you have a virus that is preventing you from accessing your computer you need to create an antivirus rescue disc. The following article provides several services that you can try - http://pcsupport.about.com/od/system-security/tp/free-bootable-antivirus-software.htm

If your computer does not have a CD or DVD drive you can create a rescue disc that will run from a thumb drive. Go to another computer and create the disc using one of the services in the article above and then boot your infected machine with this disc and run a full scan. You will need to be patient, as these scan typically take three to fours to complete. Remove any infected files found and reboot your computer. You may need to run the antivirus scan multiple times in order to remove all infected files.

If you have corrupted files you may need to do a clean install of your operating system before you will be able to use this computer again.
