Can I get a tattoo in Florida if I live in MY?

So this spring break I m hanging out with my cousins down in Florida and I want to get a tattoo, I m 16 yes. However my parents won t be in Florida, they ll be up in NY. Can they sign some sort of documents beforehand or make a call or something so that I can get the tattoo down in Florida without them physically being there?

Nope, tattoo shops won't let that happen.

hate to say it but it doesn't work that way and one of them has to be there to actually sign the paper
